Stephen M. Ramsey, age 62, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Clarity Care in Berlin, WI where he had been for the previous 5 years. Stephen was born in Oshkosh on March 3, 1962, son of Michael and Marlys (Peroutky) Ramsey. Stephen was born with cerebral palsy but stayed strong through all the struggles that brought. He loved listening to music, especially hard rock.
Per his wishes, no formal funeral services will be held.
