Sheryl Swanke-Mann

Sheryl Jean Swanke-Mann, age 54, of Ripon, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 2, 2022 at Ripon Medical Center.
Sheryl was born in Ripon on February 11, 1968, the daughter of Roger and Barbara (Brotske) Swanke. She graduated from Ripon High School. She worked as a CNA for many years, then became a dispatcher for a delivery company. Sheryl recently found her passion and earned her CDL, and for the last couple of years worked as a truck driver. Sheryl was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. She enjoyed stamping, gardening, playing Bingo, and collecting bells. She was a proud member of the Beta Sigma Phi International Ripon Chapter (The Hen Club) Sorority. More than anything Sheryl cherished and spoiled her grandchildren, and loved her time spent with her family. Sheryl had a huge heart, and was always there to lend an ear to listen or a shoulder to lean on. She will be greatly missed by her family and many dear friends.
Sheryl is survived by her three sons, Zachary (special friend, Skylar) Swanke of Oshkosh, WI, Bradley (Linsay) Swanke also of Oshkosh, WI; and Nicholas Mann of Ripon, WI; her puppies, Ricky and Polly; special niece, Miranda Swanke of Ripon, WI; grandchildren, Mason, Audria, and Aurora; father, Roger Swanke; a sister, Susan Swanke of Ripon, WI; a brother, Scott (special friend, Emily) Swanke of Spooner, WI; niece, Marissa; nephews, Mitchell and Roman; and great-nieces, Skylar and Kinsley. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Swanke; grandmother, Genevieve Brotske; step-father, Tom Rank; an aunt, Mary Romlow-Buhrow; and cousin, Peter Romlow.
Visitation for Sheryl will be held on Sunday, May 8, 2022, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.
A Prayer Service for Sheryl will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with Rev. Jim Leary officiating. A private family interment will take place at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon, WI. A memorial is being established in Sheryl’s name.
