Roy S. Huebner, age 62, of Montello passed away and was Raised Up On Eagles Wings to Heaven, on Friday September 24th, 2010 from his home.
Roy was born on December 27th, 1947 in New London, WI. Hes the third oldest brother of 4 sisters and 6 brothers. Roy attended and graduated Manawa High School in 1966. He proudly served his country in the 101st Airborne Special Forces Unit from 1967-1969, spending his time in Vietnam. He worked 30 years for A.O.Smith as a welder/inspector.
Roy married LeeAnn Boire on August 8th, 1970. He was loved and will be greatly missed by his wife of 40yrs, LeeAnn Huebner; his son, Matthew Huebner (Mindi); his daughter, Carrie Ann Zuehlke (Mike); his grandchildren, Meredith & Victoria Huebner and Isabella & Preston Zuehlke; his mother-in-law (Mama San), Marion Boire; his brother-in-laws, Ken Boire & David Reinke; his cousins, Janet West (Richard Pfaff); Joey Rossler (Steve, Jordan and Matthew); Caroline Klebnow and Donald & Beverly Last. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews and family. Roy was preceded in death by his father, Francis Huebner and his father-in-law, Edward Boire; his grandchildren, Julianna Huebner & Brady Zuehlke; special friends, Steve Peters (Stevie Bob) and Paul White.
Roy will be greatly missed by many people and therefore never forgotten by his special family/friends; Dale & Juile, David & Sarah, Tom & Carol, Leonard & David, Jackie & Scott, Michael & Janet, Dennis & Nancy, Chuck & Cathy, Lee & Jan, Bill & Phoebe, Sue & Ron, Shirley & Kathy, Stan & Diane, Gary & Marge, Bill & Sue, Tom & Erna, Tony & Sue, Lenny & Maxx, Rick & Raunte, Sharon & Gary, Joann- Gerry & Rosalie, Kurt & Heather and Debbie & Joe.
A Celebration of Roys Life will be held at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, WI, on Saturday, October 2, 2010 from 9am-11am, with service to follow at 11am. Pastor Maurice Schaus of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church will officiate. Military Honors will follow the service at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home.
A memorial is being established by family.
Roy has touched the hearts of many people and his warming welcoming smile will never be forgotten!!!!
