Ronald Stracy

Ronald C. Stracy, age 48, of Ripon, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning, July 6, 2004, in the Town of Colburn in Adams County.

He was born January 27, 1956, in Ripon, the son of Charles and Doris (Bengston) Stracy. He attended Ripon High School, and served in the U.S. Navy. On February 12, 1977, he married Roxann Berndt. Ron was a truck driver for Seneca Canning Company, Ripon.

Survivors include his wife, Roxann; daughter, Krisann of Ripon; mother, Doris of Ripon; 2 brothers, Randy and Russell (Victoria) of Ripon; 3 sisters, Kathie (Dan) Norton and Karen (Jim) Kotlowski of Ripon, and Karyl (Tom) Van Gorder of Fond du Lac; several nieces; nephews; aunts; uncles; and father-in-law, Melvin Berndt of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his father; uncle; both grandparents; and mother-in-law.

A memorial service for Ronald C. Stracy will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 8, 2004, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Rev. Mark R. West will officiate. A memorial has been established in his name.
