Rodney L. Bossman

Rodney Lee Bossman, age 77, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026.

Rodney was born in Milwaukee, WI to Charlotte (nee Anfinson) and Lawrence Bossman. He attended Washington High School and was in the U.S. Navy, graduating from Great Lakes Naval Base in Illinois in 1969. He worked as a security guard at several different businesses throughout his working career.

On December 10, 1993 Rodney was united in marriage to Denise Post in Milwaukee. Denise preceded him in death on July 7, 2016, in Ripon, WI. Also preceding him in death are his parents, Charlotte and Lawrence Bossman; maternal grandparents, Anna and Ole Anfinson; paternal grandparents, Harold and Elizabeth Bossman; aunts and uncles, George, Caroline, Andrew (Margaret), and Anna Claire Anfinson, Gertrude and William Kahlow, and Marvin and Eva Bossman.

Rodney is survived by his brother, Mark Bossman and his wife, Anne, and their family; many cousins; and friends, especially Janet Shafman.

Services will be held with full military honors at a later date.
