Robert "Bob" Uecker

Robert “Bob” Allen Uecker, age 32, of Yuma, Colorado, died Friday, November 4, 1988, in Sterling, Colorado, as a result of an auto accident.
He was born November 17, 1955, in Ripon to Allen and Alice Kuehn Uecker. He never married.
Mr. Uecker was a 1974 graduate of Ripon High School. He attended UW-LaCrosse where he received a BS in phy ed, health and recreation and MS in recreation. He had resided in Yuma, Colorado for four years where he was city recreation director.
Mr. Uecker was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon.
Survivors include his parents, two brothers, Jim of Oshkosh and Jeff of Ripon; and grandmothers, Gladys Uecker of Waupun and Genieve Reiter of Berlin.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, at 11:00 am at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon with the Reverend Robert B. LeCount officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
Friends may call from 5 – 8:00 pm Monday at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
