Richard Howard, age 72, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at Kindred Hearts in Green Lake.
Richard was born July 20, 1943, in Janesville, WI, the son of Paul and Venice (Hamilton) Howard. He graduated from high school in Whitewater, WI. Richard worked as a hired hand for a farmer. He was a member of The Federated Church of Green Lake, the Local National Grange and he donated a total of 18 gallons to local blood drives.
Survivors include three brothers, Paul (Sharon) Howard of Lenoir City, TN, David (Ruthann) Howard of Green Lake, WI and Daryl (Sue) Howard of Cameron, TX; one sister, Carol Davis of Markesan, WI; brother-in-law, Charles Hicks of Lenoir City, TN; good neighbors, Edward and Norman; family friend, Victor Wardlow of Fall River, WI and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Sandra Hicks and one brother-in-law, Robert Davis.
Per Richard’s wishes there will be no services. Inurnment will take place at Green Lake Center Cemetery in the Town of Green Lake at a later date. Memorials may be directed to American Cancer Society, N19W24350 Riverwood Dr., Waukesha, WI 53188.
