Richard A. Gervais, age 72, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Copperleaf Village of Ripon.
Richard was born June 4, 1949 in Fond du Lac, WI, the son of Henry and Lorraine (Kempf) Gervais. He worked for many years at the foundry in North Fond du Lac, WI. In his youth, Richard really enjoyed fishing, baseball, football and basketball. As an adult, he loved gardening and riding bikes and playing catch with his nephews.
Survivors include his sister, Carol Quinlan of Gordon, WI; nephews, Jason Quinlan of West Bend, WI and Trevor (Courtney) Quinlan of TX; grandnieces and grandnephews, McKenna, Paige, Finleigh, Deaclan and Cullon Quinlan; and cousins, Margaret (Gary) Janecek of Iron River, WI, Jodeane, Jason, Carol and Joslyn. He is further survived by numerous other relatives and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Lorraine Gervias; sister, Marie; and aunt and uncle, Irvin and Loretta Nissen.
