Patricia “Patty” A. Zamzow, age 60, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Fountain View Care Center in Ripon.
Patty was born in Ripon on September 29, 1956, the daughter of Glenn and Mary Ellen (Splitt) Zahn. On May 31, 1975, she married Brian Zamzow at Terrace Shores Evangelical Free Church in Markesan, WI. Patty was a lab technician for ConAgra Foods in Ripon. She enjoyed shopping for everyone, reading, word finds, and in her earlier years she loved to knit and crochet.
Patty is survived by her husband of 40 years, Brian; daughter, Mellisa (Joe) Wipijewski of Ripon; one grandson, Eric Wipijewski; her father, Glenn Zahn of Brandon, WI; two sisters-in-law, Kelly Gomez of Wautoma, WI, and Mary Lynn Zahn of Slinger, WI; a brother-in-law, Tony Bacon of Neenah, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen Zahn; step-mother, Bonnie Zahn; sister, Suzie Zahn, brother, David Zahn; and a brother-in-law, Joe Gomez.
A visitation for Patty will be held from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Drive, Ripon, WI, 54971.
A funeral service for Patty will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Reverend Donald Deike officiating. Interment will follow at Nepeuskun Cemetery in the Town of Nepeuskun, WI. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, N19W24350 Riverwood Dr., Waukesha, WI, 53188.
