Myrna Walker

Myrna L. Walker, age 91, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2017, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Myrna was born June 20, 1925, in Richford, WI, the daughter to Walter and Lena (Harke) Kapp. On June 29, 1957, she married Keith Walker at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon. Myrna worked as a homemaker and mother and enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon and Women of Grace.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Keith Walker of Ripon, WI; son, Ryan (Laurie) Walker of Ripon, WI; one granddaughter, April (Nathan) Youngblood both of Oxford England and sister-in-law, Arlene Hintz of Fond du Lac, WI. She was further survived by nieces and nephews. Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, Daniel Walker; three brothers, Elmer (Ruth) Kapp, Wilfred (Josephine) Kapp and Edwin Kapp and one sister, Lilly (Lloyd) Sauer.
Visitation for Myrna will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2017, from 10 – 11:00 am at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 430 W. Griswold St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Funeral Service for Myrna will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at 11:00 am at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon. Reverend Clay R. Salmela will officiate. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon. A memorial is being established in her name.
