Michelle Ann Reetz-Page, age 49, of Neshkoro, WI, passed away unexpectedly at Theda Care Medical Center-Berlin, on Sunday, July 2, 2017.
Michelle was born in Ripon, WI, on May 21, 1968, the daughter of DuWayne and Marian (Meinke) Prellwitz. She graduated from Ripon High School, and went on to attend Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac, WI. Michelle was previously employed at Ripon Foods, and most recently at Seneca Foods in Ripon. In 2012 she married David Page in Fond du Lac. Michelle was a 17 year member of the Neshkoro Fire Department. She was a first responder, and the very first female to hold the position of the safety officer.
Michelle is survived by her husband, David; her son, Joshua Reetz of Neshkoro, WI; father and step-mother, DuWayne (Diane) Prellwitz of Green Lake, WI; mother and step-father, Marian (George) Bauer of Fond du Lac, WI; step-grandmother, Lorrain Bauer of Mayville, WI; mother-in-law and step-father-in-law, Evelyn (Edgar) Weiss of Green Lake, WI; step-sister, Wendy (Andy Shalk) Bauer of Wayne, WI, four step-brothers, Nathan (Andrea) Bauer of Fond du Lac, WI, Nicolas Bauer of Milwaukee, WI, Brian (Angel) Kono of Spring Harbor, MI, and Scott (Desiree) Kono of Markesan, WI; step-daughter, Pam (Karl) Goldbeck; step-son, Ben Martens, both of Onalaska, WI. She is also survived by many aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins. Michelle is preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward (Louise) Prellwitz, and Herbert (Irma) Meinke; uncle John Bumby; aunt, Betty Bumby; step-grandparents, Leonard and Verna Holloway; step-sister, Ami Bauer; and father-in-law, Earl Page.
A visitation for Michelle will be held from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Drive, Ripon, WI, 54971.
A funeral service for Michelle will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Reverend Brian Kono officiating. Interment will take place at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake, WI. Memorials in Michelle's name may be directed to Neshkoro Fire Department, 610 S. Main Street, Neshkoro, WI, 54960, or Green Lake Area Animal Shelter, 8500 Busse Rd, Green Lake, WI, 54941.
