Megan M. Peschke

Megan M. Peschke, age 46, of Appleton, WI, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20, 2026 at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton, after a long battle with cancer, with her loving family by her side.

Megan was born on October 30, 1979 in Oshkosh, WI, daughter of Ronald and Susanne (Abel) Peschke. She grew up in Ripon, WI, and graduated from Ripon High School. On March 7, 2018 she married Gabe Dorame in Milwaukee. Megan loved traveling, attending concerts, visiting breweries, and trying new foods (affectionately know as a “foodie”). She was always full of joy, and very caring and giving to all of her friends. Megan also enjoyed sports, walking her dog, and was an avid Packers fan. She had a strong faith in God, and her church was very important to her, being a devoted member of The CORE in Appleton.

Megan is survived by her husband, Gabe Dorame; sister, Kristin (Jamie) Gustafson; nieces, Elsie Rose, Iliana Grace, and Alexis Gustafson; great-nephew, Ciaran Gustafson; mother-in-law, Irma Semrow; her beloved dog, Pumpkin; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Susanne Peschke; nephew, Elijah Gustafson; maternal grandparents, Clifford and Charlotte Abel; paternal grandparents, Elsie and Gordon Peschke; and her adored dog, Katie.

A visitation for Megan will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Drive, Ripon, WI 54971, and again from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2026, at The CORE, a 922 Ministry, 820 W. College Ave. #1, Appleton, WI 54914.

A memorial service for Megan will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2026, at The CORE, a 922 Ministry, in Appleton, with Pastor Timothy Soukup officiating. A memorial is being established in her name.
