May Genge, a resident of Green Lake, WI, died Monday, August 2, 1954, after an illness of six years.
May was born May 31, 1875. She was a granddaughter of Gen McDonally, the builder of Sunnyside Farm. She was also a granddaughter of Col. Greenway who built Oakwood Hotel, the first resort hotel built west of Niagara Hotel. May was a member of the Dartford Educational Club and the Green Lake Chapter Order of the Eastern Star.
Friends may call on Tuesday, August 3, 1954, after 4:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for May will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 1954, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend Lindahl officiating. Interment will take place at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
