Mark W. Knepfel, age 61, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at his home.
Mark was born in Neenah, WI on April 26, 1957, the son of Joseph and Nancy (Bergen) Knepfel. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mark was also an excellent muskrat trapper.
Mark is survived by his parents, Joseph and Nancy Knepfel of Ripon, WI; siblings, Jeannie (Jeffrey) Hildebrand of Phillips, WI, Keith (Judy) Knepfel of Green Lake, WI, and Kathy (Jeffrey) Fischer of Pickett, WI; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a niece, Sarah Poniewaz.
A private memorial service for Mark will be held at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with Father Michelu Ragola officiating. Inurnment will take place at Bluffton Cemetery, Town of Brooklyn, WI. A memorial in Mark's name is being established.
