Marjorie E. Guldan

Marjorie Guldan, age 92, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Lutheran Homes in Fond du Lac, WI. 

Margie was born on June 29, 1931 to Clifford and Irma (Fellwock) Austin. She graduated from Goodrich High School in Fond du Lac. Margie married Bernie Guldan on August 20, 1955.

Margie worked at Alan’s Jewelry in Ripon. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon and the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary of Green Lake. She also volunteered at Ripon Hospital.

Margie is survived by her daughter, Patrice (Kevin Hampton) Guldan; grandsons, Brody Welch, Ryan, Nick, Thomas and Andy Bates; great-grandsons Mitchel and Maddox; and many in-laws, nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernie Guldan and parents, Clifford and Irma Austin.

Visitation for Margie will be held from 9:00 - 10:00 am on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.

Memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 17, 2024, with Rev. Karin Derenne officiating. Inurnment will take place at Estabrooks Cemetery in Fond du Lac, WI at a later date. Margie’s family would like to thank Maplecrest Manor, Lutheran Homes and Commonheart Hospice. A memorial is being established in her name.
