Marilyn A. Osheim, age 68, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Fountain View Care Center in Ripon, with her family by her side.
Marilyn was born on June 25, 1949, in Berlin, WI, the daughter of Gordon and Ruth (Moriearty) Wilson. She graduated from high school in Oshkosh, WI. In 1968 she married Orval “Sonny” Osheim. Marilyn worked at Ripon Foods for 38 years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, canning, and most of all time with her family and grandchildren .
Marilyn is survived by her husband, Orval “Sonny” of Ripon, WI; children, Barbara (Troy) Walker of Ripon, WI, David (Stephanie) Osheim of Princeton, WI, Daniel (Angie) Osheim of Ripon, WI, Diana (Todd) Patzlaff of Ripon, WI; brothers, Richard (Kay) Wilson of Plainfield, IL, Gary (Sharon) Wilson of Berlin, WI, Peter (Kathy) Wilson of Oshkosh, WI, Allen (Debra) Wilson of Oshkosh, WI, Calvin (Connie) Wilson of Ripon, WI; sisters, Jeanne (Leo) Hinz of Sheboygan, WI, Lola Wilson of Oshkosh, WI, Kathy (Chuck) Prince of Winneconne, WI; sisters-in-law, Melody Wilson of Oshkosh, WI, Sharon Wilson of Omro, WI, Mary Jo Osheim of Neshkoro, WI, Joyce (Paul) Christensen of Oshkosh, WI; brother-in-law, William (Barb) Osheim of Ripon, WI; ten grandchildren, Nickolas, Jade, Xavier, Isabelle, Breana, Ava, Landon, Alaina, Owen, and Reese; and other nieces; nephews; and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Ruth; a grandson, Jacob Osheim; brothers, Bob and Jeffrey Wilson; sister, Susan Wilson; and a brother-in-law, Dale Osheim.
A visitation for Marilyn will be held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI, 54971.
A funeral service for Marilyn will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Reverend Jennifer Owen officiating. Interment will take place at Mount Morris Cemetery in Mount Morris, Waushara County, WI. A memorial in Marilyn's name is being established.
