Margaret Beuthin

Margaret “Marge” B. Beuthin, age 95, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022, at Ripon Community Hospital.
Marge was born in Ripon on October 1, 1926, daughter of William and Frances (Kitowski) Jaworski. She graduated from Ripon High School in 1944, and on January 31, 1948 she married Edward H. Beuthin in Ripon. Edward passed away in 2005. Marge worked as a secretary at Speed Queen for many years, and also at Yeomans Chiropractic. She was a devoted member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon where she also served in the Women’s Club. Marge was very active in the community throughout life, being a member of the Ripon Senior Center, the Senior Bowling League, the Historical Society, and Friends of the Ripon Library. She was also involved in the quilting group “Sew Happy Stitchers.” Marge enjoyed family vacations and after retirement, traveling with her husband, planning many trips around Ed’s 554th Battalion reunions. Most of all Marge cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandson and step-grandchildren.
Marge is survived by her children, Tom (Bobbie) Beuthin of Payson, AZ, Jack (Lisa Rountree) Beuthin of Golden, CO, and Nancy (Dan) Chase of Ripon, WI; a grandson, Adam (Alysha Kloeckner) Chase of Ripon, WI; step-grandson, John Franklin; step-granddaughter, Danielle (Andy) Pantzlaff; two great-step-grandchildren, Olive and Ezra; a sister, Ann Braun of Ripon, WI; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Frances Jaworski; husband, Edward Beuthin; siblings, Mary (Bob) Wand, Betty (Roy) Duvall, Jo (Bob Stone, Loren Lieske) Lieske, Roman (Beverly) Jaworski, Helen Stratton, Martha (Bob) Manthey, and Joan (Alan) Kennedy; and brother-in-law, Al Braun.
Visitation for Marge will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022, from 9:30 until 11:00 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 228 Blossom St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Mass of Christian Burial for Marge will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 15, 2022, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon, with Fr. Jim Leary, OFM Cap officiating. You may view a livestream of the mass at 11:00 am here LIVESTREAM. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon. A memorial is being established in Marge’s name.
