Lovila Emilie-Wilhemine Gelhar Mueller, age 99, of Ripon, passed away on Wednesday morning, December 19, 2007 at her home.
Lovila was born on November 17, 1908 in Princeton the daughter of Albert Rudolph and Ottilia Emilie (Krueger) Gelhar. She attended school in Princeton, and in 1933 she married Carl Fredric Mueller in Princeton. Lovila was a wife, mother, farmer and cleaning lady, she was a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon as well as being in the Ladies Aid.
Survivors include two sons; Donald (Donna) Mueller of Ripon, and Roger (Dorothy) Mueller of Ripon, three grandsons; Carl Mueller, Roger Mueller Jr., and Ryan (Kim) Mueller all of Ripon, four great-grandchild; Amanda, Jennifer, Remington, Roman Mueller. Also surviving are two sister-in-laws; Clara Gelhar of Waupaca, Irene Mueller of Ripon, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Lovila was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Carl Mueller, two brothers; Elmer and Arnold Gelhar.
Visitation for Lovila Mueller will be held on Friday, December 21, 2007 from 10-11:00 am at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Lovila Mueller will be held on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon with Pastor Dennis Meier officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A Memorial has been established in her name.
