Louise Seidler

Louise Seidler, age 89, of 150 North Douglas St., passed away Monday, July 31, 2006 at Ripon Medical Center.

Louise was born on November 9, 1916, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of William and Ida (Driesner) Manthie. She graduated from Ripon High School and then attended Fond du Lac Business School. On July 15, 1946, she married Arnold Seidler at Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ, Ripon. Louise worked as a Payroll Clerk at Ripon Advertiser. She was a member of Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ and a life-long member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include daughter, Lois (Clifford) Nitz of Ripon; grandchildren, Andrea (Treff) Watts of Green Lake and Jay (fiancée Angela Stevenson) Nitz of Markesan; great-grandchildren, Matthias Watts and Alic Watts both of Green Lake. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arnold in 1991 and brother, William Manthie.

Graveside Service for Louise Seilder will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. at Garden of the Cross Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to Our Saviour’s United Church of Christ, 343 Scott St, Ripon, WI, 54971.
