Lorraine E. Huth, age 94, of Rosendale, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2010, at Tower View Villa in Rosendale, WI.
Lorraine was born on December 11, 1915, in Green Lake, WI, the daughter of Louie and Emilie (Heckert) Deibert. She graduated from Green Lake High School and on April 25, 1936, Lorraine married George Huth in Green Lake. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale, WI and a member of Rosendale Senior Center.
Survivors include her daughter, Karen Teetz of Rosendale, WI; two sons, Don (Vicki) Huth of Rosendale, WI and Robert (Ratana) Huth of Oviedo, FL; brother, Elmer Deibert of King, WI; sister, Adeline Markofski of Oshkosh, WI; grandson, Brian Huth of Ripon, WI; two granddaughters, Denise (Glenn) Diggs of Fond du Lac, WI and Karla (Andrew) Wagner of Fond du Lac, WI; four great-grandsons, Nathan Krause of Denmark, WI, Keenan Robinson of Fond du Lac, WI, Aiden Cole of Fond du Lac, WI and Zachary Wagner of Fond du Lac, WI; two great-granddaughters, Alyssa Godfrey of Fond du Lac, WI and Madelyn Wagner of Fond du Lac, WI. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, George Huth; brother, Leonard Deibert; sister, Evelyn Berres and son-in-law, Arlyn Teetz.
Visitation for Lorraine E. Huth will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010, from 9 – 11:00 am at Peace Lutheran Church, 124 S. Main St. Rosendale, WI 54974.
Funeral Service for Lorraine E. Huth will be held on Thursday, September 2, 2010, at 11:00 am at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale, WI. Reverend Charles R. Thompson will officiate. Interment will follow at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale. Memorials may be given to Peace Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 177 Rosendale, WI 54974 or Rosendale Historical Society, 105 S. Main St. Rosendale, WI 54974.
