Kevin McHale, age 61, of Green Lake, WI, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in Green Lake, WI.
Kevin was born May 17, 1951, in Ann Arbor, MI, the son of Josiah and Eileen (Hanlon) McHale. He graduated from high school in Racine, WI and furthered his education at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. Kevin married Karen Mischker in Princeton, WI, in 1996. He was the owner of McHale’s Home Finishing Company, and worked as a painter and wallpaper hanger for many years. He was also employed by Berlin Memorial Hospital, Berlin, WI. He was highly involved in helping many school sports teams over the years. He faithfully followed his son’s cross-country, basketball and track teams.
Survivors include his wife, Karen; sons, Kellen and Ryan McHale; daughter, Kallie McHale; granddaughter, Mya McHale; sister, Meg (Bruce) Schwemmer; brother, Mark McHale and special friend Terry Kumakura; nieces, Reshma McHale and Emma Mischker; nephews, Patrick, Michael and Benjamin Schwemmer and Cole Mischker; in-laws, Keith ( Jackie) Mischker and Kenny Mischker; parent-in-laws, Kenneth and Irene Mischker. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Jay McHale.
Visitation for Kevin McHale will be held Sunday, September 23, 2012, from 1:30-4 pm, at The Federated Church of Green Lake, 489 Scott Street, Green Lake, WI 54941.
Funeral Service for Kevin McHale will be held Sunday, September 23, 2012, at 4 pm, at The Federated Church of Green Lake. Pastor Karen Gygax Rodriguez will officiate. Inurnment will follow at a later date. A memorial is being established.
