Kay J. Hoffman, age 92, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013, at Maplecrest Manor in Ripon with her family by her side.
Kay was born on June 20, 1920, in Three Lakes, WI, the daughter of Leo and Mary (Orowski) Phillipkowski. She graduated from Three Lakes High School and worked at various places in her life. Kay was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include two daughters, Sandra (Alan) Ehrenberg of Oshkosh, WI and Debra (Jon) Daehn of Oak Creek, WI; two grandsons, Jeff Ehrenberg of Milwaukee, WI and Brian Ehrenberg of Deerfield Beach, FL and two sisters, Helen DuCharme of Glendale, WI and Violet Thompson of Clintonville, WI. Kay was preceded in death by her parents, father of her children, Henry Hoffman; brothers, Merritt Phillipkowski and Frank Phillips; sisters, Tess Tveten and Charlotte Dulek; sister-in-law, Dorothy Phillips; brothers-in-law, Jerry Dulek, Earl DuCharme, Howard Thompson and Walter Tveten and one nephew, Mike.
Visitation for Kay will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2013, from 2 5:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971 and again on Monday, February 11, 2013, from 9:30 10:30 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 218 Blossom St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Mass of Christian Burial for Kay will be held Monday, February 11, 2013, at 10:30 am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in the Town of Ripon. A memorial is being established.
