Jerome G. Brack

Jerome “Jerry” G. Brack, age 91, of Ripon, WI went to his eternal home on Thursday, November 30, 2023.

Jerome was born on October 22, 1932 in Sheboygan, WI, son of Conrad and Marie (Hartman) Brack. He graduated from Sheboygan High School and went on to serve our country in the U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955 during the Korean Conflict. He was part of the Sharpshooters division, and earned a National Defense Service Medal as well as a United Nations Service Medal and a Korean Service Ribbon. On September 7, 1957 he married Carol A. Dern in Sheboygan, WI. Carol passed away in 2017. Jerome worked in the stockroom for WI Power and Light most of his life. In retirement, he kept busy driving truck for NAPA and volunteered many hours at Second Time Around in Berlin, WI. He was a devoted member of Messiah Lutheran Church where he served as past president. Jerome was also a proud member of the Ripon V.F.W., serving as Chaplin and Commander.

Jerome is survived by his two daughters, Sue (Douglas) Schuettpelz of Green Bay, WI and Kathy (Mark) Robichaud of Ripon, WI; grandchildren, Justin (Lizzie) Schuettpelz of Green Bay, WI, Brady (Terisa) Robichaud of Milwaukee, WI, and Trevor Robichaud of Waldo, WI; great-grandchildren, Theo and a great-grand baby expected any day; sister-in-law, Patty (Donny) Losey; brother-in-law, Bill Dern; and two nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Conrad and Marie Brack; his loving wife of 60 years, Carol Brack; three sisters, and a brother-in-law.

Visitation for Jerome will be held from 9:30 - 11:00am on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 500 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.

Funeral service for Jerome will be held at 11:00am following the visitation at Messiah Lutheran Church in Ripon, with Rev. Bryan Fritsch officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of the Cross Cemetery, Ripon, with a Final Salute and full military honors.
