James "Jim" "J.R." Ross

James “Jim” “J.R.” K. Ross, age 63, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon, WI.
Jim was born in Milwaukee, WI on April 10, 1958, the son of Kenneth and Shirley (Glover) Ross. He graduated from high school in East Troy, WI. He worked as an assistant manager for Kmart in Ripon for over 30 years. Jim enjoyed playing golf, card games and board games, and loved to fish. He also had a passion for anything Star Trek and Star Wars.
Jim is survived by his long-time friend, Karen Grams of Markesan, WI; daughters, Michelle (Anthony) Ewald of East Troy, WI, and Ashley Ross; two grandchildren, Ethan and Riley Ewald; two sisters, Carol Ross of Florida and Susan Branski of Milwaukee, WI; two nephews, Travis and Kip Ross; and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Shirley Ross; and a brother, Charles “Chuck” Ross.
A private family celebration of Jim's life will take place at a later date. A memorial is being established in his name.
