James “Jim” Bernard Blake, age 82, of Green Lake, WI, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 29, 2018, at Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, WI.
James was born on November 8, 1935, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Max and Angeline (Mhutha) Blaszczynski. He graduated from Pulaski High School. James married Norene Krzyzanowski (Davis) in West Allis, WI, on March 24, 1990. He worked as a plumber for the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District until his retirement.
Survivors include his wife, Norene Blake of Green Lake; step-daughters, Amy (Allen) Wheeler and Holly (Jim) Loy. James is preceded in death by his parents, Max and Angeline Blaszczynski; daughter, Jessica Blake; and brother, Ronald Blake.
Visitation for James Blake will be held from 1:00-4:00 pm, on Friday, November 2, 2018, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr. Ripon, 54971.
Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm, on Friday, November 2, 2018, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. Reverend Karen Gygax Rodriguez will be officiating. A memorial may be given to American Diabetes Association, 375 Bishops Way #220, Brookfield, WI 53005.
