Heidi M. Zaehringer

Heidi Marie Zaehringer, age 61, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, WI, after battling months of cardio and pulmonary complications. She was surrounded by her children, love of her life, and loved ones.

Heidi was born on June 18, 1964, in Chicago, IL, daughter of Anthony and Karen Zaehringer. Heidi was known for her kindness and her delicious food. She was the soul behind Mom & Me Bakery, which she started with her mother in 2013. She was also the co-owner of Baker’s Bar in Ripon. Her delicious carrot cake could be found in local restaurants like Knuth Brewing Company, or even made-to-order items through her Facebook page. She loved cooking, flowers, and being with her grandchildren. She was a Packer fan and loved going to the casino.

She is survived by the love of her life, Tom Polcyn; her mother, Karen; her children, AJ (Courtney) Klapoetke, Anna (Justan) Galloway, Alexandra Klapoetke, Sarah Sina, Ryan (Brooke) Polcyn, Michael (Hannah) Polcyn, and Becca (Chris) Rolak; her brother, John (Joy) Zaehringer; 13 grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces. Heidi was preceded in death by her father, Anthony; and her cousin and friend, Kathy (Zaehringer) Wechet.

She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed.

Visitation for Heidi will be held from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971, and again from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, May 4, 2026 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 228 E. Blossom St., Ripon, WI 54971. Please feel free to dress in nice casual attire, nothing too fancy.

Mass of Christian Burial for Heidi will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, May 4, 2026 at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon, with Rev. William Whalen and Deacon Jeff Copson officiating. You may view a livestream of mass at 11:00 am by visiting this link LIVESTREAM. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon, WI. A memorial is being established in her name.
