Gregory “Bones” Pamenter, age 62, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at UW Hospital in Madison with his family by his side.
Gregory was born November 16, 1956, in Ripon, WI, the son of Clayton and Donna (Schroeder) Pamenter. He graduated from Ripon High School in 1974. Gregory worked a variety of jobs in his life but most recently he drove truck and worked as a mechanic for JW Transport, LLC. In his early years, he enjoyed snowmobiling and fixing cars. Gregory enjoyed hunting and fishing but his greatest joy was riding his motorcycle with the Visions Motorcycle Club that he was a member of. He was also a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon.
Survivors include his parents, Clayton and Donna Pamenter of Ripon, WI; brother, Doug Pamenter of Ripon, WI; sister, Cindy (Ed) Goehring of Markesan, WI; special friend, Linda Engel of Ripon, WI; his dog, Chipper; two nephews, Eric Pamenter and Justin (Nicki) Goehring and neice, Kristin (fiancé, Bijan Nezami) Goehring and uncle, Robert “Bob” Pamenter of Markesan, WI. He is further survived by a great-niece and two great-nephews and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life for Gregory will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2019, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Rosedale Presbyterian Church, W3495 Hwy 33, Cambria, WI 53923.
