Gary Leigh Hartwig, age 60, of Manawa, WI, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016, at ThedaCare Medical Center in New London, WI.
Gary was born June 28, 1955, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Allen and Evelynn (Myers) Hartwig, Sr. He was a long term resident at Shelter Village in Ripon until the facility closed.
Survivors include his brother, Allen (Diane) Hartwig; two nieces, Jo Ellen and Amanda Hartwig; nephew, Andy Hartwig and great-nieces and nephews, Devlin, Aiden and Jace Hartwig all of Clintonville, WI. Gary was preceded in death by his parents.
Per Gary’s wishes there will be no service. Inurnment will take place at Good Hope Cemetery in Greenfield, WI at a later date. Memorials may be directed to a charity of your choice.
