Duane “Dee” I. Krueger, age 90, of Ripon, WI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at Prairie Place in Ripon.
Dee was born January 18, 1928, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Roy and Rachel (Bullen) Krueger. He graduated from high school and went on to further his education at the University of Minnesota. Dee served our country in the United States Marine Corp. He married Nancy Ellen Maney in Milwaukee. Dee worked as a salesman for Phillip Morris Company, traveling around the globe. He was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. In his earlier years, Dee enjoyed playing on a hockey team.
Survivors include two nephews, a sister-in-law, Marion and his dear friends at Russell Manor including his good friend, Roy. Dee was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Rachel Krueger; his beloved wife, Nancy Krueger; brothers, James L. and Thomas M. Krueger.
Per Dee’s wishes, there will be no service. Inurnment will take place at Calvary Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI. Memorials may be directed to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 228 Blossom St., Ripon, WI 54971.
