Dolores Worchel, age 81, of Fond du Lac, WI, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac.
Dolores was born December 13, 1934, in Neillsville, WI, the daughter of Eugene and Viola (Krause) Worchel. She graduated from Green Lake High School. She was employed as a secretary and nanny. Dolores enjoyed doing ceramics, and visiting with her many friends. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Fond du Lac.
Survivors include her brother, Gordon and (Donna) Worchel of Wisconsin; and nine nieces and nephews, Bobbie (Rick) Krebs of CO, Amy (Jeff) Gulig of WI, Sarah (Michael) Purcell of PA, Kayla (fiancé Taylor Tate) of WI, Debbie (Dick) Ives of WI, Gary Worchel of WI, Curtis Schubert of WI, Michelle Schubert of WI, and Kevin Schubert of WI, and a sister-in-law, Joann Worchel of WI.
Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Harland Schubert, and a brother, Alvin Worchel.
Visitation for Dolores Worchel will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016, from 9 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.at Faith Lutheran Church, 55 Prairie Rd, in Fond du Lac, WI.
The funeral service for Dolores Worchel, will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at Faith Lutheran Church, in Fond du Lac, WI. Reverend Mike Wiegand will officiate. Interment will take place at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake, WI. A memorial is being established.
