Diana J. Jordan, age 52, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2013, at Waupun Memorial Hospital with her family by her side.
Diana was born on July 25, 1960, in Milwaukee, the daughter of Richard and Ruth (Hablewitz) Radliff. She graduated from high school and became a Certified Nursing Assistant and worked at Parkview Care Center. Diana was a member of Hillside Assembly in Ripon.
Survivors include her parents, Richard and Ruth; one daughter, Amy Radliff of Ripon, WI; three sons, Christopher and Matthew Jordan of Ripon, WI and David Bresser of Ripon, WI; one step-daughter, Sarah Jordan of Portage, WI; four grandchildren, DaKota, Jeremiah, Harmony and Kaylee Jordan all of Ripon, WI; one sister, Doreen (Russ) Drezdon of Fond du Lac, WI and by several aunts and uncles. Diana is preceded in death by her grandparents, Edward and Elizabeth Hablewitz and Earl and Bernice Radliff and her sister, Dawn Graf.
Visitation for Diana will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2013, from 2 – 5:00 pm at Hillside Assembly, 656 W. Oshkosh St. Ripon, WI 54971.
Funeral service for Diana will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2013, at 5:00 pm at Hillside Assembly in Ripon. Reverend Donald Deike will officiate. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake. A memorial is being established.
