Debra “Debbie” Jean Harvey, age 61, of Ripon, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at her home.
Debbie was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 20, 1960, the daughter of Ray and RoseMary (Krull) Rasberry. She graduated from James Madison High School in Milwaukee. In 1988, Debbie married Joseph A. Harvey also in Milwaukee. After moving to Ripon, she worked at various nursing homes. Debbie was a proud member of AA for nearly 21 years and gained many special friendships through her sobriety. She loved trips to the casinos, enjoyed camping, and most of all cherished time spent with her family.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Joseph Harvey of Ripon, WI; son, Brian (Karen) Kroening of Waukesha, WI; granddaughter, Katelyn Kroening; her father, Eugene Volkman; three brothers, Anthony (Lou Ann) Rasberry, Mike Rasberry, and Richard Volkman; and two very special friends, Rose Sargent and Vergie Anzivino. She was preceded in death by her mother, RoseMary Volkman; and a brother, Raymond Rasberry, Jr.
A Celebration of Life for Debbie will take place on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Royal Ridges, 1 Westgate Dr., Ripon, WI 54971. Memorials in her name may be directed to the Green Lake Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 86, Green Lake, WI 54941.
