David W. Gutknecht

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of David W. Gutknecht, a beloved husband, father, grandfather and cherished friend, on April 18, 2025 with his family by his side. He was born January 3 of 1956, son of William and Leonna (Hansen). David was raised and lived in Rosendale, WI.

He enjoyed doing many things in his life and enjoyed being able to get back on the open road with the wind in his hair on his Harley. He loved fishing with his family, grandchildren and friends. He attended numerous car shows around the area throughout the summer where he would enter his Camaro. He loved listening to music and anything that could be built and raced was enjoyed by him.

Dave is survived by his wife, Linda; his son, Chad Peshke of Fond du Lac and his sons, Noah and Mason; three daughters, Chandra Grahn of Ripon and her daughters, Emily (Chris) Lohry, Chelsea (Ian) Schraufnagel and Cheyenne Grahn; Jamie (Richard) Labumbard and their sons, Corrigan, Richard and Evan; and daughter, Leann. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, Logan, Connor, Ronan, Jonah; and soon to be first great-granddaughter in August.

Dave will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of life will be held at another time and day when the weather is nice.
