Darcy Triemstra

Darcy Lynn Triemstra, age 72, of Green Lake, WI (formerly of Windsor, WI), passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at her home.
Darcy was born on January 10, 1950 in Beaver Dam, WI, the daughter of Dallas and Doris (Elstrom) Seboe. She graduated from Horicon High School, and on February 15, 1969 she married Ronald Triemstra in Horicon. They just celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary. Darcy worked as a secretary for the American Breeders Service in DeForest, WI, and later in life at the Green Lake school district. She was a past Matron of Twilight Chapter #165 Order of the Eastern Star in Sun Prairie, WI. Darcy was a member of Our Saviour's United Church of Christ in Ripon, WI, where she served on various committees as well. She was very generous with her time, and enjoyed volunteering at the Dartford Historical Society and other various organizations. The light of her life was spending time with her grandchildren, and also cherished all the children at the Green Lake school where she worked.
Darcy is survived by her husband, Ronald Triemstra; two daughters, Lisa (Tom) Jeffers of Mardela Springs, MD and Jennifer (Christine) Marlo-Triemstra of Minneapolis, MN; grandchildren, Stella and Frances Marlo-Triemstra; siblings, Dallas Seboe, Diana Tonn, Delvon (Christine) Seboe, and DeeDee Ann Bartholomew; and a brother-in-law, Dennis Triemstra. She is further survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Darcy is preceded in death by her parents, Dallas and Doris Seboe; mother and father-in-law, Verna and John Triemstra; brothers, Donovan and Dean Seboe; and a sister-in-law, Linda Triemstra.
Visitation for Darcy will be held from 4:00 until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971, and again from 10:00 until 11:00 am on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Our Saviour's United Church of Christ, 343 Scott St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Funeral service for Darcy will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Our Saviour's United Church of Christ, 343 Scott St., Ripon, WI 54971, with Rev. Dr. Kevin P. Mundell officiating. You may view a livestream of Darcy’s funeral service at 11:00 am here LIVESTREAM. Interment will follow at Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake, WI. A memorial is being established.
