Cyndie M. Hass, age 62, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on July 20, 2016, at UW Madison in Madison, WI.
Cyndie was born January 20, 1954, in Beaver Dam, WI, the daughter of Gilbert and Lorraine (Davis) Callies. She graduated from Markesan High School in 1972 and later married Daniel Hass in Dubuque, IA. She was a laborer at Precision Metalsmiths in Markesan for 30 years, and continued to help her husband milk cows until his retirement. Cyndie was a member of the Kingston Lioness Club. Cyndie loved making people happy with food; she had a passion for canning, cooking, baking, and sharing all of her creations with her friends and family.
Survivors include her sisters, Barb (Mark) Jillson of Montello, WI, Violet Bridges of Neenah, WI, Donna (Jim) Rogers of Watertown, WI; nieces and nephews, Jessica (Paul) Priebe of Ripon, WI, Joshua (Michelle) Pierce of Neenah, WI, Ashley (Mark) Moretti of Watertown, WI, Jason Callies of Fox Lake, WI, Matthew Callies of Plainfield, WI; great nieces and nephews, Deiontre Pierce of Ripon, WI, Emma Priebe of Ripon, WI, Ella Priebe of Ripon, WI, Phoebe Pierce of Neenah, WI, Cheyanne Pierce of Neenah, WI, Landon Pierce of Neenah, WI; her stepchildren, Tiffany Downey of Hartford, WI, Dan (Jessica) Hass of West Bend, WI; her sister-in-law, Jean Volek of Redgranite, WI. Cyndie was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Lorraine Callies; her husband, Daniel Hass; brother, Richard Callies; niece Amanda Callies.
Visitation for Cyndie M. Hass will be held Monday, July 25, 2016, from 9 11 am at St. Marys Catholic Church, 177 West Pearl St., Kingston, WI 53939.
Mass of Christian Burial for Cyndie M. Hass will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016, at 11 am at St. Marys Catholic Church in Kingston. Father Philip Krogman will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Marys Cemetery in Eden, WI.
