Carol Joyce Strelow, age 93, of Fairwater, WI, passed away on Friday, August 9, 2019, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI.
Carol was born March 16, 1926 in the Township of Trenton, WI, the daughter of Henry and Hattie (Lewis) White. She married Buryl Robert Strelow on April 24, 1946 and worked for many years on the family farm.
Survivors include her children, Joelene (Franklin) Reck of Brookfield, WI, Robert (Jane) Strelow of Holiday, FL, Randall (Marian) Strelow of Markesan, WI, Marcel (Donette) Strelow of Markesan, WI, Merle (Bonnie) Strelow of Markesan, WI, Jeffrey Strelow of Fairwater, WI, Kevin Strelow of Fairwater, WI, Julie (Robert) Dougherty of Fairwater, WI, Mark (Kris) Strelow of Markesan, WI; sister, Audrey (Don) Buettner of Beaver Dam, WI; sisters-in-law, Connie White of Waupun, WI and Elaine White of Ripon, WI; 15 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Buryl Strelow; parents, Henry and Hattie White; brothers, Donald, Robert, Orien, Kenneth, Henry Jr., James, Edward and Richard. She is further preceded in death by many dear sisters-in-law.
A visitation for Carol will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 from 3:00 pm- 6:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.
A memorial service for Carol will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Zacharias officiating. Inurnment will follow at Fairwater Cemetery, Village of Fairwater, WI. A memorial is being established in her name.
