Brooke Renee Krueger

Brooke R. Krueger, age 33, of Larsen, WI, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2026, with her loving family by her side.

Brooke was born on September 21, 1992, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Melanie Kolerich. She graduated from Ripon High School in 2011 and went on to attend UW–Milwaukee. Most recently, Brooke excelled in her career as a recruiter at Aequor.

Brooke was free-spirited and truly the life of the party. Someone whose energy could light up any room the moment she walked in. She was strong and fiercely independent, with a protective heart and a spirit that could both comfort and ignite those around her. Brooke had a deep love for all animals, especially horses and dogs, and music. She lived fully in those passions. She took pride in riding horses at Lucky Stables in Neenah every Tuesday. She was our dancing queen, full of life, laughter, and fire. In a world that can sometimes feel dark, Brooke was a bright, radiant light, and that light will never be forgotten.

Brooke is survived by her fiancé, Cody Trobridge; mother-in-love, Paula (Gary) Trobridge; siblings, Claudia (Bryce) Fischer, John Arenz, and Caitlin Krueger; grandmother, Marilyn Kolerich; aunt, Maureen Bryden; cousin, Payton Bryden; nieces and nephews, Jackson, Parker, Nolan, Cooper, Lyla, Elaina, and Austen; many cousins, Jenn (Ron) Seno, Michele (Dan) Parmley & family, Mike (Crickett) Miller, Ann Kastenschmit & family, Joe Serio & family, Tracy (Steven) Egge & family, Carol (Shawn) Buettner & family, Bryan (Sherry) Miller & family, Sherry Miller, and Tiffeny Miller; great aunt, Jean Miller; other extended family; Cody’s brother, Joshua (Kelsie) Trobridge & family; her dogs, Jimmy, Korbel, Royal, and Rascal; and many, many friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Melanie Kolerich; her great grandparents; great aunts and uncles; Cody’s grandfather, Joseph “Gramps” Wilson; and Cody’s father, Craig Trobridge.

Visitation for Brooke will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 2:00 until 6:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.

A funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, at the funeral home. Interment for immediate family and close friends will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.

A celebration of Brooke’s life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026; time and location will be announced.
