Betty J. Page, age 86, of Markesan, WI, passed away on April 6, 2017, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon, WI.
Betty was born on July 19, 1930, in Elkhorn, WI, the daughter of George and Ethelyn (Bjering) Robinson. She graduated high school and went on to further her education at Northwestern University where she received her degree as a registered nurse. On February 14, 1959, she married Frank Page in Genoa City, WI. Betty loved camping. She and Frank were camp site hosts for many years in upper Michigan. She also enjoyed fishing. Their home was always the center of the neighborhood, where Betty loved to cook for everyone.
Betty is survived by her husband, Frank Page of Markesan, WI; sons, Walter (Julie) Page of Cambridge, MA, Gary (Mary) Page of Atlanta, GA, and Ron (Amy) Page of Winter Haven, FL; six grandchildren, Scott, Brian, Cory, Hayden, Cole, and Garrett; a sister, Bonnie (Alan) Cornue of Genoa City, WI; a brother, Jerry (Grace) Robinson of Twin Lakes, WI; and a sister-in-law, Bubbles Keagy of Sarasota, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Ethelyn; and her brother, William.
Per Betty’s wishes, a private service for family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017, at the Federated Church of Green Lake, 489 Scott St., Green Lake, WI, 54941, with Chaplain Peg Salmela officiating.
