Bernice Ruth Hollander, age 93, of Ripon, WI, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI.
Bernice was born June 22, 1927, in the Town of Eldorado, WI, the daughter of Eddie and Meta (Wruck) Rabe. She graduated from Rosendale High School and on September 11, 1946, Bernice married Donald at Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale. She worked as an industrial sewer for Ripon Athletics. Bernice was a member of Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Hollander of Ripon, WI; daughter, Jean (Barry) Marchant of Minnesota; son, Ralph Hollander of Minnesota; grandchildren, Adam (Stacy) Marchant, Justin (Julie) Marchant, Dylan Marchant and Jenna Marchant; great-grandchildren, Andrew and Gavin Marchant, Sophia, Alexander and Elise Marchant; and step-great-grandchildren, DJ Brown and Orlandrea Woods. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters.
A graveside service for Bernice will be held on Friday, February 12, 2021, at 11:00 am at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale. Pastor Michael Sheppard will officiate.
Memorials may be directed to Mt. Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 320 Mt. Zion Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.
