Bernice "Bunny" Endeward

Bernice “Bunny” Marie Endeward, age 97, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Whispering Pines in Ripon.
Bunny was born on August 12, 1924 in Ripon, the daughter of Michael and Dorothy (Bednarek) Dorsch. She graduated from Ripon High School and resided in Ripon all her life. She worked as a medical assistant for 5 years and then a factory nurse at Speed Queen for 5 years. On November 15, 1952 she married Leslie Endeward. Together they owned and operated the Davis Hotel for over 40 years, retiring in 1992. She was a devoted member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church (now St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church) in Ripon and was a very active part of the Christian Women's group. She was also a member of the VFW and American Legion Auxiliary. Bunny was known for her legendary pickled eggs throughout the Ripon area.
Bunny is survived by a daughter, Ranee (special friend, Peter Lueptow) Henderson of Ripon, WI; grandchildren, Destry (Catherine) Henderson and Emily (James Joseph) Henderson both of NJ; great-grandchildren, Logan and Claire Henderson, and Laniyah Val Pierre all of NJ; step-grandson, Jason (Suzanne) Conner of AZ; a brother, Col. Donald (Tina) Dorsch of AK; three sisters-in-law, Joan Dorsch, Rose Endeward, and Annabelle Dorsch all of Ripon, WI; nieces and nieces, Rita (Mike) Weber, Judy (John Williams) Michels, Susan (Jim) Clark, Mary (Kirk) Bauman, Pat (Wayne) Heidel; a nephew, John (Cathy) Dorsch; many great-nieces and nephews and many many special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Dorothy Dorsch; her husband, Leslie Endeward; a brother, EJ Dorsch; a sister, Alice Rutkowski; nephews, Michael Dorsch, Daniel Weber, and Scott Endeward; a niece, Lori Endeward; brother-in-law, Wayne Endeward; and a sister-in-law, Edith Menick.
Visitation for Bunny will be held from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 228 Blossom St., Ripon, WI 54971.

Inurnment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Princeton, WI at a later date. A memorial is being established in her name.
