Barbara Wiesmueller, age 62, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017, at University Hospital in Madison, WI.
Barbara was born in Ripon on September 16, 1955, the daughter of Harley and Ruth (Timm) Gransee. She graduated from Ripon High School in 1974, and went on to work at Pick 'n' Save, now known as Webster's Marketplace as a bookkeeper for many years. In Barbara's earlier years, she was a Girl Scout. She enjoyed singing and being a part of musicals. Barbara played the French Horn as a child. She enjoyed talking with people so much she could start up a conversation with anyone. Barbara married Clint Wiesmueller in 1995. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. Barbara loved her family and children.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Clint Wiesmueller of Ripon; a daughter, Emily (Jon) Stogbauer of Oshkosh, WI; a son, Cody Wiesmueller of Stevens Point, WI; a step-daughter, Ashley (Robert) Elkins of Oak Creek, WI; sisters, Peggy Schroeder of Barneveld, WI, and Patrice (Tim) Magdanz of Berlin, WI; and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harley and Ruth.
A visitation for Barbara will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Drive, Ripon, WI, 54971.
A memorial service for Barbara will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 8, 2017, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Pastor Gary Zacharias officiating. Inurnment will take place at Rosendale Cemetery, Rosendale, WI. A memorial in Barbara's name is being established by her daughter, Emily.
