Audrey L. White, age 94, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2017, at Prairie Place in Ripon.
Audrey was born October 25, 1923, at home in Green Lake County, WI, the daughter of Edward H. and Iome A. (Leistikow) Dornbrak. She graduated from Ripon High School in 1941. Audrey worked at Ripon National Bank as a teller until the time of her marriage. On October 23, 1941, she married Robert “Bob” H. White at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon. They farmed for 33 years. Audrey was a realtor for 40 years and 25 of those years she was owner of White Realty in Ripon. She was president of Ripon/Green Lake Area Realtors Association. Audrey was an active member at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved spending time with her family. There were many things that were special to her like decorating her home for Christmas, having birthday parties for her family and friends, the time share vacations and playing cards with friends on Fridays.
Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen (Jeff) Breitzman of Neenah, WI and son, Robert White of Clyman, WI; seven grandchildren, Chadd (Shelley) Krueger, Jeremy (Lisa) Krueger, Jason (Sue) Breitzman, Robyn (Luke) Titel, Sarah Hayden, Seth (Amy) Hayden and Matthew Hayden; twenty great-grandchildren, Jake and Cole Krueger, Keegan and Morgan Krueger, Cosette, Elora and Talon Breitzman, Olivia and Marissa Titel, Justin, Nathan, Lucas, Sam and Rachel Hepp, Casandra, Ryan, Cloe, Alex and Emma Hayden and Pierce Hayden. Audrey is further survived by her cousin, Marion Sandleback of Green Lake, WI and four sisters-in-law, Carol Strelow of Fairwater, WI, Audrey (Don) Buettner of Beaver Dam, WI, Elaine White of Ripon, WI and Connie White of Waupun, WI. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Robert White.
Visitation for Audrey will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017, from 9 – 11:00 am at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 430 W. Griswold St., Ripon, WI 54971.
Funeral Service for Audrey will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017, at 11:00 am at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon with Reverend Clay R. Salmela officiating. Interment will follow at Bush Cemetery in the Township of Berlin. Memorials may be directed to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon.
