Alice Damerau

March 18, 1932 — September 11, 2018

Alice Catherine Damerau (Landowski) age 86, of Brandon WI, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at 10:30 pm.

She was born on March 18, 1932, to Joseph and Angeline (Woytasik) Landowski in the Town of Sharon in Portage County, Wisconsin. She was a 1950 graduate from North Division High School in Milwaukee, WI.

On June 9th, 1951 Alice married James Pfeiffer in Milwaukee, WI and they had two children. David Allen born May 11, 1954 and Debi Sue born June 1, 1957. David and his wife Regina live in Louisville, KY with their sons Christopher and Michael. Debi lives in Euless TX, and her oldest son Derek lives in Lakewood, CA with his wife Teresa and their three children. Debi's younger son Dane lives in Euless, TX with his wife Ashley and their one child. Alice is further survived by her brothers and sisters and many nieces and nephews.

In February of 1971 Jim and Alice were divorced, Alice remarried on July 12, 1975 to Ralph M. Damerau at the United Methodist Church in Brandon WI., where they both lived. Ralph passed away June 19th 2017 and Alice moved to Louisville, KY near her son David.

Alice enjoyed fishing, gardening, crafts and cooking along with spending time with her brothers and sisters. Alice was the 3rd oldest of 15 siblings. She worked in a number of clinics as an office assistant and bookkeeper in Neenah, Waupun, and Ripon WI.

Visitation for Alice will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, from 10 – 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.

Funeral Service for Alice will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 11:00 am at at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, WI, with Pastor AHyun Lee officiating. Interment will follow at Brandon Cemetery in the Village of Brandon next to her husband Ralph.
